With your permission I will be able to see your computer screen, take control of your computer's mouse and keyboard, and begin the diagnosis of your problem. **As my customer you have to allow me access to your computer. There is no risk of unauthorized access while you are away.
Begin the Repairs
Click on the red "Fix it !" link below to begin. Choose Run when prompted and then click connect. **This will temporarily run a program that allows me to take control of your computer. When we are done, this file will be automatically deleted.
